Ordering a skateboard shouldn't be hard! If you're not sure about something please feel free to ask us. For your convenience, we've answered some common questions that buyers have when ordering skateboards below.

  • How much will shipping cost?

    No matter where you are in the world, we will be able to give you a shipping cost before you complete your order. Just put the items you want to buy in your bag and begin the checkout process. Once you're ready to check out, enter your shipping address information and you will see all of your shipping options. You will also be shown an estimated delivery date as well as costs for upgraded delivery options. NOTE: Shipping prices, methods, policies, times and availability are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time without notice.

    How many promo codes can I apply to my order?

    Our website orders only allow for one promotional discount at a time. We wish there was enough margin to allow for both a free shipping and coupon code option, but if we did that we'd quickly go broke! You can rest easy knowing you're getting the best deal when you shop with Warehouse Skateboards.

    Can you guarantee that my skateboard will be an exact color?

    While we make an effort to picture products as accurately as possible, manufacturers will occasionally offer multiple color schemes for the same product. Many of our products are assorted from the manufacturer and out of our control. If you need a specific color, your best bet is to call us at 1-877-791-9795 or fill out our contact form and we'll do our best to help.

    I didn't get an order number when I tried to place an order.

    If you weren't immediately directed to an order confirmation page after hitting "Purchase", then it's possible that your order didn't get processed. To confirm this, please check your payment method. If there are no pending transactions, try your order again without clicking anything while it's processing.

    The item I wanted isn't shown on the website anymore.

    If the item you were looking at is no longer being displayed on our website, it typically means that somebody else purchased the last remaining one first. Since our inventory is constantly changing and being updated based on what our suppliers provide us, we are unable to predict when particular items will be in stock. You can always call us at 877-791-9795 and our customer service team will be glad to check the availability of any items for you.

    The product I want is out of stock. When will it be back?

    Do you sell gift cards?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer gift cards to Warehouse Skateboards. We suggest buying your loved one a VISA card and sending them the link to our store instead.

    I bought a deck and I want to send it in to be assembled.

    While we can assemble skateboards purchased from us, we cannot accept for assembly anything mailed to us. Your best bet is to find your local skate or surf shop and ask them for assistance.     I want to buy wholesale from Warehouse Skateboards.

    Sorry, but Warehouse Skateboards is retail only and does not sell wholesale. You'll need to contact a wholesale distributor or the manufacturer instead.
  • I want to change an item on my order.

    Once an order is placed you may add/remove an item(s) as long as it hasn't been shipped already. If you need to make changes to items on your order (such as color, size, etc.) we ask that you email us your order number and include the item number(s) you would like to add/remove from your order. If you are correcting this type of issue during regular business hours, please call us at 877-791-9795 and our customer service team will do their best to help. Change My Order

    I need to change or correct my shipping address.

    There is a very small window of time available to make a change to an order after it's been placed. Due to the fact that we typically package and ship our orders within a couple of hours or less, the fastest way to correct/change your order is by calling our customer service center at 877-791-9795.     I need to correct the billing information on my order.

    The billing information is something that may not be checked by your bank before providing authorization for the order. If you entered an incorrect billing name but still received a confirmation email, then the billing information was not an issue and the transaction has already been approved by your bank.

    I want to cancel my order.

    There is a very small window of time available to cancel an order after it's been placed. Due to the fact that we typically package and ship our orders within a couple of hours or less, the fastest way to cancel an order is by calling us at 877-791-9795. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel the order. If you are unable to cancel your order prior to it shipping, you can always return it to Warehouse Skateboards for a refund.
  • Where is my order?

    Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed. You can download Route's mobile app for iOS or Android to visually track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery.

    You can also visit our Order Tracking Page and enter your order number as well as your shipping address zip code. If you are still having issues, please feel free to contact our customer service team and they'll be more than happy to help you track your package.

    My order hasn't been assigned a tracking number.

    We generally are able to ship out most orders within 1 business day. If you place your order before 2pm eastern time, you will likely have a tracking number assigned by 6pm eastern time the same day. If your order was placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend, you will not see a tracking number until the next day or the following Monday.

    My tracking number isn't showing any information.

    It can often take a day or two for tracking information to be updated. If it has been a couple of days and your tracking has still not updated, please contact our customer service team at 877-791-9795 and they will do their best to assist you.

    I didn't receive a tracking number email.

    We apologize if your email didn't arrive as it should have. If you were taken to an order confirmation page, rest assured your order has been processed and shipped out as quickly as possible. If you weren't taken to an order confirmation page, please contact our customer service team at 877-791-9795 and they will be happy to look into the matter for you.
  • What is Route?

    Route Protect is a package protection solution that helps cover you in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we've partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you're supported, no matter what.     How does Route work?

    If your Route protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route's expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

    How does Route process refunds or reorders?

    Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.

    Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection.

    When should I file a claim?

    Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

    • Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered
    • Please note, orders over $100 USD will require a police report to be filed by the customer before any resolution can occur

    Stuck In Transit (Lost)

    • For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 7 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order date
    • For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order date

    Damaged

    • Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.

    What if my order never arrives or is stolen?

    Route Protect definitely helps cover these instances! To protect your order against loss or theft, add Route Protect at checkout.

    What if my order arrives damaged?

    Route covers damage as well! To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add Route Protect at checkout.

    If your order has arrived to you damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.

    How do I file a claim for my lost, damaged, or stolen order?

    If you insured your order with Route Protect at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue.

    You can also file a shipping issue on Route's app or via the web here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.

    Is Route a licensed insurance company?

    Yes, Route is a licensed insurance company with SEG Insurance Ltd. as its partner.

  • How do I return an item?

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of your receipt date. Please verify that your package meets the conditions stated within our Return Policy Guidelines. Once confirmed, follow the Return Instructions, listed below. Grip taped decks and custom assembled skateboards, including parts, cannot be returned.

    RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES

    All returned items must be unused and in new condition with original packaging. Products and merchandise must be in store-bought condition in order to be returned or exchanged. Our merchandise has been inspected before shipping, and our packages are carefully checked before leaving our warehouse.

    Warehouse Skateboards must receive returns within 30 days of the customer receipt date. Refunds will not be authorized after 30 days. All orders shipped with free freight discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping fees. All refused packages will be refunded in full, less shipping charges.

    RETURN DETAILS

    • Once we receive the return we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to post to your account.
    • Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form and same account as tendered at the time of purchase.
    • In the case that the return of an item results in an order total dropping below a promotional discount threshold, we will reduce the refund amount by the amount of the original discount.
    • We will refuse items returned in unsalable condition, and we WILL NOT pay to ship it back to you.
    • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless the item is deemed defective, damaged, or received in error.
    • Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

    RETURN SHIPPING
    Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items.

    If you return an item that is not defective, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the return (including shipping, repacking, and insurance). The initial outbound shipping charge (including shipping, handling, and insurance) will be deducted from your refund if an item that originally shipped for free is returned. We ship using USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS. Our shopping cart will, in most cases, calculate shipping. Costs include shipping expense, packaging, handling, and insurance.

    NON-RETURNABLE
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on grip taped skateboard decks and custom assembled skateboards, including parts. Because all parts of each complete have been opened and assembled according to the buyer's unique specifications, we are not able to re-sell the parts or the complete skateboard. All shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

    PACKAGING
    To qualify for a refund, all returned products must be returned in their original, unaltered packaging, including all labels and tags. Product packaging must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them.

    CLOTHING
    Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached?no pet hair, human hair, smoke odors, or makeup stains. Manufacturers will sometimes change the colors of a product to provide options; therefore, colors may vary. We will not be held responsible for items that may differ from the colors displayed in the images on our website.

    REFUND METHOD
    Customers will receive credit back to the original payment method used on an order. We'll refund your method of payment after we receive the original item. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Please allow a minimum of 7-10 days for refunds to be processed.

    RESTOCKING FEE
    All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless the item is deemed defective, damaged, or received in error.

    How long after receiving my order can I return it?

    Items can be returned within 30 days of your receipt date, as long as they are unused and in new condition with original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on grip taped skateboard decks and custom assembled skateboards, including parts. Because all parts of each complete have been opened and assembled according to the buyer's unique specifications, we are not able to re-sell the parts of the skateboard. We will refuse items returned in unsellable condition, and we will not pay to ship them back to you.

    Can I exchange my order for another product?

    Since our inventory is constantly changing and we can't guarantee specific sizes, colors, or products will be in stock, we do not allow exchanges. Instead, we recommend you simply return the product for a refund, and then reorder the size/color needed based on what is currently in stock.

    When will I receive my refund?

    Credit will be posted to the same account as tendered at time of purchase in 7-10 days. All items are subject to a 10% restocking feel unless the item is deemed defective, damaged, or received in error, and shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

    I'd like to know the status of my return.

    Please allow 5 business days for processing of returns from the date they are received at our warehouse. If it has been more than 5 days and you haven't heard from us, please feel free to contact us at 877-791-9795.

    I never received my order.

    Lost Packages can occur in two ways. First, lost packages can occur when packages are not able to be located within the carrier's network. Second, a package can be considered lost when the carrier claims delivery was completed by leaving the package on the doorstep, but the customer cannot locate the package. Both incorrect delivery and lost package incidents are usually discovered through standard tracking of the package. Claims for either of these problems must be made directly to Warehouse Skateboards upon discovery. No claims will be honored after 40 days from shipment date. Please contact Warehouse Skateboards at 1-877-791-9795 or fill out our contact form make such a claim.

    My order arrived damaged and/or defective.

    If the products you ordered arrive damaged and/or defective, you must let Warehouse Skateboards known within 5 business days of delivery. Any claims made after that time cannot be honored. According to our policy, Visible Damage is defined as any damage to the packaging that is identifiable without opening the package at the time of delivery. Concealed Damage is defined as any damage that is not immediately noticeable at the time the package is opened or when the product is first used. Missing Content is defined as any package that is missing product that the packing slip states is included. Please call us at 1-877-791-9795 or fill out our contact form to make your claim.

    I snapped my skateboard.

    Unfortunately skateboards aren't indestructible. Wood snaps easily if you land incorrectly. If you believe your board snapped due to defect, please contact our customer service team at 877-791-9795 and they'll do their best to help you. Typically defective boards will fall under a manufacturer's warranty. If your board broke due to improper landing or rough skating, this does not classify your board as defective.
  • Do we really give away free stickers?

    We're stoked you want some free stickers! Who doesn't?! There are two ways to get them from us. By simply ordering from warehouseskateboards.com you will be hooked up with free stickers. However, If you just can't wait until your next order for some free stickers you can also get them by mail. To get free stickers by mail simply send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (address a blank envelope to yourself, put a stamp on it, and put it in another envelope which you mail to us) to:
