How to Make Returns & Exchanges


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Warehouse Skateboards within 30 days of your receipt date. Please verify that your package meets the conditions stated within our Return Policy Guidelines. Once confirmed follow the Return Instructions listed below.

Return Instructions

Step 1:  Ensure that your return meets our Return Policy Guidelines.
Step 2:  Contact us before returning any products.
Step 3:  Download, print and complete the Warehouse Skateboards Return Form and include it in your package.
Step 4:  Box your product in its original packaging.
Step 5:  Address the package or use our mailing label:

Step 6:  Mail with shipper of your choice. You're responsible for return shipping unless the product is declared defective.


Return Policy Guidelines

All Products
Products and merchandise must be in store bought condition to be returned or exchanged. All returned items must be unused and in new condition. Our merchandise has been inspected before shipping, and our packages are carefully checked before leaving our warehouse. Clothing must be unwashed and unworn. Videos must be unopened & sealed in original packaging. Ramp plans, grip taped decks and custom assembled skateboards, including its parts, cannot be returned. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.

Warehouse Skateboards must receive returns within 30 days of the customer receipt date. Refunds will not be authorized after 30 days. All orders shipped with free freight discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping fees. All refused packages will be refunded in full, less shipping charges.

Returns Details

  • We do not accept returns of assembled, custom complete skateboards. Because all parts of each complete have been opened and assembled according to the buyer's unique specifications, we are not able to re-sell the parts or the complete skateboard.
  • Upon arrival, inspect your shipment carefully. If there is any loss or damage, please contact us immediately.
  • A completed Return Form (or other document including all of the requested information) must accompany your return.
  • Once we receive the product(s) (usually 3-5 business days), we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to post to your account.
  • Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form and same account as tendered at the time of purchase.
  • In the case that the return of an item results in an order total dropping below a promotional discount threshold, we will reduce the refund amount by the amount of the original discount.
  • Warehouse Skateboards will refuse items returned in unsalable condition OR reduce the refund amount by 50%.

Packaging

  • To qualify for a refund, all returned products must be returned in their original, unaltered packaging, including all labels and tags. Product packaging must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them.

Clothing

  • Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet hair, human hair, smoke odors, or makeup stains.

Warehouse Skateboards does its best to stock exactly what's pictured on the site, but in some cases, it is beyond our control. Manufacturers will sometimes change the colors on a product to provide options; therefore, colors may vary. Warehouse Skateboards will not be held responsible for items that may differ from image colors on this website.

Grip Taped Skateboard Decks and Custom Assembled Skateboards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on grip taped skateboard decks and custom assembled skateboards, including its parts. Because all parts of each complete have been opened and assembled according to the buyer's unique specifications, we are not able to re-sell the parts or the complete skateboard.

Defective Products
You must contact Warehouse Skateboards within 5 days of receipt of a defective product. Warehouse Skateboards does not guarantee exchange or credit for defective items. If you believe your product is defective, please send it back along with the return form explaining the defect. If the product is determined to be defective upon receipt by Warehouse Skateboards, a full refund will be issued. Warehouse Skateboards will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.

Incorrect Product Shipping
If Warehouse Skateboards ships a product other than the product ordered, we will issue a call tag to have the product picked up at our expense. The customer will have the choice of receiving the correct product, another item of the same value, or receiving a full refund including shipping charges. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed. Products and merchandise must be in store bought condition to be returned or exchanged. Manufacturer Money Back Guarantees
Warehouse Skateboards does not offer money back guarantees or honor money back guarantees offered by product manufacturers. If you have concerns regarding a product, contact the manufacturer directly to discuss and purchase products in order to be covered under the manufacturer's money back guarantees. Warehouse Skateboards does not endorse or guarantee any manufacturer product claims.

Refunds
In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid and include a completed Return Form. All items must be unused in original packaging, with the original packing slip included. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. All products will be inspected upon receipt in our warehouse. If it is determined that the product does not meet our return guidelines, it will be sent back to you. All orders shipped with free freight discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping fees. All refused packages will be refunded in full, less shipping charges.

Refund Method
We will reimburse you for returned item(s) in the same way you paid for them. Customers will receive credit back to the original payment method used on an order. Warehouse Skateboards may also give customers the option of store credit in the form of an eGift card for the amount of the purchase, or an even exchange for the same item. We'll refund your method of payment or replace your item after we receive the original item.

Reimbursement of payment
Please allow a minimum of 7-10 days for refunds to be processed. When Warehouse Skateboards receives the returned defective product, your credit card will be credited in full for the defective product plus the shipping cost. Customers returning non-defective products will receive a refund less shipping fees.

Shipping and Handling
We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post.
