Ordering a skateboard shouldn't be hard! If you're not sure about something please feel free to ask us. For your convenience, we've answered some common questions that buyers have when ordering skateboards below. If your questions still aren't answered, take a brief moment and fill out our Help Form.     No matter where you are in the world, we will be able to give you a shipping cost before you complete your order. Just put the items you want to buy in your bag and begin the checkout process.     If you weren't immediately directed to an order confirmation page after hitting "Purchase", then it's possible that your order didn't get processed. To confirm this, please check your payment method. If there are no pending transactions, try your order again without clicking anything while it's processing.

  • I need to change or correct my shipping address.

    There is a very small window of time available to make a change to an order after it's been placed. Due to the fact that we typically package and ship our orders within a couple of hours or less, the fastest way to correct/change your order is by calling our customer service center at 877-791-9795.     I want to change an item on my order.

    Once an order is placed you may remove an item as long as it hasn't been shipped already. However, we cannot change or add a new item to an existing order. If you need to make changes to items on your order (such as color, size, etc.) we ask that you cancel your order and place the order again with the additional items added. If you are correcting this type of issue during regular business hours, please call us at 877-791-9795 and our customer service team will do their best to help.     I want to cancel my order.

    I need to correct the billing information on my order.

    The billing information is something that may not be checked by your bank before providing authorization for the order. If you entered an incorrect billing name but still received a confirmation email, then the billing information was not an issue and the transaction has already been approved by your bank.

  • How do I track my order?

    Tracking your order is simple and easy. Just visit our Order Tracking Page and enter your order number as well as your shipping address zip code. If you are still having issues, please feel free to contact our customer service team and they'll be more than happy to help you track your package.

    My order hasn't been assigned a tracking number.

    We generally are able to ship out most orders within 1 business day. If you place your order before 3pm eastern time, you will likely have a tracking number assigned by 5pm eastern time the same day. If your order was placed after 5pm on Friday or over the weekend, you will not see a tracking number until the following Monday.

    How much does it cost to ship to my country?

    Calculating international shipping costs can be difficult. The easiest way to estimate your shipping cost is to place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart. After you enter the shipping address in the Calculate Shipping and Tax section, you will be shown the different delivery methods available as well as their cost and expected delivery date.

    Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes on international orders?

    You, the customer, will have to pay custom duties and taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) on the items you purchase; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We only charge for shipping from the United States to your particular country. Please contact your local customs office for further information on your country's statutes. Keep in mind the procedures that are required by customs can cause delays. All REFUSED shipments will be charged $75 to cover shipping both ways. This amount WILL NOT be refunded to your credit card.

  • How do I return or exchange an item?

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Warehouse Skateboards within 30 days of your receipt date. Please verify that your package meets the conditions stated within our Return Policy Guidelines. Once confirmed follow the Return Instructions listed below.

    3. Download, print and complete the Warehouse Skateboards Return Form and include it in your returning package.
    4. Box your items in their original packaging
    5. Address the package or use our mailing label:

    6. Mail with shipper of your choice. You're responsible for return shipping unless the product is declared defective or different from the items you ordered.

    Please allow 5 business days for processing of returns and exchanges from the date they are received at our warehouse. If it has been more than 5 days and you haven't heard from us, please feel free to contact us at 877-791-9795.

    I believe the product I received is defective.

    You must contact Warehouse Skateboards within 5 days of receipt of a defective product. Warehouse Skateboards does not guarantee exchange or credit for defective items. If you believe your product is defective, please send it back along with the return form explaining the defect. If the product is determined to be defective upon receipt by Warehouse Skateboards, a full refund will be issued. Warehouse Skateboards will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.

    I snapped my skateboard.

    Unfortunately skateboards aren't indestructible. Wood snaps easily if you land incorrectly. If you believe your board snapped due to defect, please contact our customer service team at 877-791-9795 and they'll do their best to help you. Typically defective boards will fall under a manufacturer's warranty. If your board broke due to improper landing or rough skating, this does not classify your board as defective.

  • How can I tell if a specific item is available?

    We do our best to supply as many skaters with their needs as possible, however many items are available only for a limited time, making it difficult to know whether or not we might be receiving a specific item in stock again. The best way to tell if an item is available is to regularly check the website.
