GoSk8 iPhone App to Help Play S.K.A.T.E

6 years ago by

Check it out, a new way to play S.K.A.T.E using your iPhone. GOSK8 is not a virtual game, it is a new tool to physically play the Game of S.K.A.T.E. The app randomly selects tricks based on what you are skating (flatground, manual, transition, ledge) and your level (Basic, Medium, Advanced). The game currently costs $1.99 on iTunes.

Read more about this app at GoSk8 or check it out on iTunes.

This app is super fun. I actually made a free skate-spot-logging iPhone app myself called MapSnap, which is essentially used for bookmarking locations with photos. It can be used for a variety of things but my underlying purpose all along was to save skate spots. You can take a new photo at the spot or load library photos and grab their location automatically. So, no more endless roaming around trying to find some spot you caught a glimpse of once. Anyway, I’m trying to get the word out in the skate community and I thought I’d share!
