Shipping Policy

All orders are processed between 8am and 5pm EST. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

  • Orders placed before 11am EST, Monday - Friday, typically ship same day.
  • Mail carriers do not pick up or deliver packages on weekends or holidays.
  • Items ordered together may ship separately, unless requested otherwise.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, including APO and FPO.
  • Shipping prices, methods, policies, times and availability are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time without notice.

Shipping Options

Packages are shipped from North Carolina via UPS, USPS or a combination of both. For a specific ZIP/postal code to ZIP/postal code transit time, please track your order for delivery time.

  • Next Day - delivery by next business day
  • 2 Day Air - delivery by end of second business day
  • 3 Day Air - delivery by end of third business day
  • Standard Shipping - 1-6 Business Days

Note:
No shipment to P.O. Box addresses, including APO and FPO.
A business day DOES NOT include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

International Shipping: Taxes and Duties

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The customer is responsible for all custom duties and taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) on item(s) purchased upon receipt of the package. Warehouse Skateboards has no control over these additional charges and only charges for shipping from the United States to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information on your country's statutes.

Canadian purchases apply. The customer is responsible for custom duties and Canadian taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) on the item(s) purchased.

Note:
Warehouse Skateboards will not issue credit where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees, refused or abandoned.

Order Verification

  • Some orders may require additional verification.
  • This is at the discretion of Warehouse Skateboards.
  • If your order is subject to order verification, a Warehouse representative will contact you.

Rerouting an Order

United States: You may request to reroute your order after your package has been shipped. To request a reroute of your package, please contact a customer service representative as soon as possible. We will contact your shipping carrier on your behalf. You will be charged the rerouting fee if rerouting is possible.

International: Orders cannot be rerouted.

Oversized Items and Multiple Piece Shipments

Multiple and oversize shipments may increase the cost of shipping. A customer service representative will contact you with your options prior to shipping your order if this is the case.

Inclement Weather

Warehouse Skateboards adheres to the shipping polices of its carriers. Inclement weather may result in delivery delays. You may track the status of your package on the Order Status page.
