Destroyer is an independent manufacturer of skateboarding equipment. We started Destroyer so we could skateboard more. Growing up in the 80's our relationship to skateboarding revolved around jump ramps, curb sessions, and mini-ramps made out of whatever we could find. As we grew older our interest in learning new tricks and progressing our own natural talents began to increase. During Jr. High we discovered The Turf Skatepark, Milwaukee's premier skate spot at the time. Featuring the best clover, capsule, and keyhole bowls known to man, The Turf introduced our small crew to big transitions. It was there and during the many years that would follow that skateboarding would come to be a fiber that would forever remain woven through the fabric of our lives.

We're inspired by the commitment that every little piece of progress demands. Every landed attempt, every kid hanging tough among the beards and the bruisers; every private victory won.

We skateboard because we want to. We make the best skateboarding equipment we can for the very same reason, not because we have to but because we want to. When you're doing what you love - and doing it because you want to - commitment comes naturally.
