Chocolate Skateboards History

Chocolate Skateboards is an extension of the Girl Distribution family label. The Chocolate Skateboards brand was born in April of 1994 in Torrance, California. The company was formed due to the rapid growth of the Girl Skateboard label and the skateboard industry as a whole. The idea in creating the new skate team is that it would provide a balance between the two brands without overcrowding either team. 
The Girl and Chocolate skateboard teams are often seen together during national tours and in company videos despite being individual teams. The brands are so closely related that team riders are even seen switching up boards. The Chocolate label is specifically known for their skateboard decks and wheels, but they also produce full clothing line as well as a unique set of skateboard accessories.

Chocolate Skateboards Construction Technology

Chocolate Skateboard decks are built with high-quality materials. They are designed with a solid construction process using their skate team as the inspiration for their creative graphics. Typically, Chocolate skate decks range in widths from 7.5” to 8”.
