Skateboarding For Gym Class at Virginia School

Word on the street is that there is a school in Virginia that offers skateboarding as apart of its gym class curriculum. Warehouse Skateboards Supports Autism Skate Event

On August 20, The Brooklyn Arts Center, located in Wilmington, NC was transformed into a full skatepark to introduce skateboarding to kids with autism. Wild In The Streets L.A.

This year’s Go Skateboarding Day drew a rowdy crowd of over 1,000 skaters to the streets of L.A. The Wild in the Streets event benefited Boards for Bros, a nonprofit organization that collects and refurbishes skateboards so they can be redistributed back to the community.
